Over 300 Private Housing Projects Remain 'Sick' With RM40.25 Billion At Stake
Malaysia's Ministry of Housing has identified 303 private housing projects classified as 'sick' worth RM40.25 billion, with 100 confirmed abandoned. Recovery efforts through a special task force have revived 1,647 projects valued at RM153 billion.
