EU's Top Court Upholds Record €4.1 Billion Google Fine for Android Abuse
Europe's highest court has rejected Google's challenge to a €4.1 billion antitrust fine, the EU's largest ever, for abusing its Android operating system to restrict competition through forced pre-installation of its search and browser services.
