Selangor to Transform Teluk Kapas Landfill into Green Recovery Hub
Selangor is partnering with private firms to transform the abandoned 80-acre Teluk Kapas landfill into a resource recovery centre, using circular economy principles to avoid RM200 million in conventional cleanup costs.
