Malaysian police have dismantled a major theft syndicate dubbed 'Geng Lakino Garuda' following coordinated raids across Pahang and Selangor, arresting nine suspects connected to 21 cases of solar cable and telecommunications equipment theft totalling over RM900,000 in losses.
