Courts Not the Arena to Challenge Prosecutorial Decisions, Malaysian Judge Rules
Judicial Commissioner Asmah Musa has determined that the courts are not the appropriate forum for disputing the attorney-general's prosecutorial decisions, dismissing attempts to challenge such matters through civil litigation.
