Kelantan Education Department Warns That Excessive Student Horseplay Constitutes Bullying
Kelantan's education chief has cautioned that excessive joking among students resulting in physical injuries should be treated as bullying. The warning came during a student safety campaign involving over 500 pupils from seven secondary schools.
