Deadly floods sweep through Thailand's Nan province as monsoon deluge displaces thousands
Severe flooding in Thailand's Nan province has claimed two lives and affected more than 16,000 people across 8,000 households. The disaster, triggered by heavy monsoon rainfall exceeding 300mm, threatens a repeat of 2006 inundation levels.
