Tabung Haji Hibah Payments Valid Under Islamic Law, Says FT Mufti
The Federal Territories Mufti Department has ruled that profit distributions paid by Tabung Haji to depositors during deficit years between 2014 and 2020 were legally valid under Islamic financial principles and rightfully belonged to the recipients.
