Sabah Assemblyman Seeks Constitutional Status Upgrade For Native Court
A Sabah assemblyman has proposed a constitutional amendment to grant the Native Court equal constitutional standing with the Syariah Court, arguing the institution deserves recognition aligned with the Malaysia Agreement 1963.
