Man arrested for allegedly dousing and setting fire to woman at KL numbers outlet
Kuala Lumpur police have apprehended a man suspected of attacking a 62-year-old woman by dousing her with petrol and igniting it at a numbers forecast outlet in Taman Pusat Kepong earlier this month.
