Paramount Shelves Warner Bros Deal as US States Challenge Merger on Competition Grounds
Paramount has suspended its USD111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery following an antitrust challenge by 12 American states. The deal will proceed only after courts rule on the lawsuit or by June 2027.
