Pertama Digital Hits PN17 Threshold as Equity Plummets Below Critical Level
Pertama Digital has been classified as a PN17 company by Bursa Malaysia following a sharp decline in shareholders' equity to 25% or less of share capital, falling below the RM40 million minimum. The company remains under a regularisation plan with the Securities Commission.
