RTHK Editor Ordered to Perform Community Service Over Sexual Misconduct Conviction
A senior editor at Hong Kong's public broadcaster RTHK has been sentenced to 160 hours of community service after admitting to filming a woman without consent in public, in what he described as a lapse in judgment.
