South Korean police missed chance to detain murder suspect during early morning encounter
Released surveillance video shows South Korean police coming within metres of a naked, blood-covered murder suspect in July but failing to detain him. The 24-year-old man was later arrested after the victim's friends restrained him at the crime scene.
