Singapore tightens phone-holding laws and vehicle endangerment penalties to combat rising road deaths
Singapore is introducing tougher road traffic laws targeting phone use and dangerous driving. New offences will penalise merely holding a device while driving, and deliberately endangering others with vehicles will carry jail terms up to 15 years.
