Philippine power regulator orders Meralco to refund ₱9.5 billion to consumers
The Philippine Energy Regulatory Commission has instructed Manila Electric Company to distribute ₱9.5 billion in refunds to consumers, with credits appearing as separate line items in electricity bills over the next six months.
