Kelantan's Artificial Reefs Shield Small-Scale Fishers From Industrial Vessel Intrusion
Kelantan has deployed 30 artificial reefs in its territorial waters to create fish breeding grounds and physically prevent large commercial fishing boats from encroaching on coastal fishing zones traditionally used by small-scale fishermen.
