Transport Ministry Cracks Down on Helmetless Riders in Johor Campaign
Malaysia's Transport Ministry has instructed the Road Transport Department to issue summonses to motorcyclists found riding without helmets during the Johor state election campaign, applying the law equally to all political parties.
