Singapore Man Charged with Neighbour's Murder in Lengkok Bahru Flat
A 59-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his neighbour at a public housing block near Redhill Road in Singapore. The victim, also 59, was found unresponsive and later died at the National University Hospital.
