RM62mil Jana Wibawa Project Awarded to Firm That Initially Failed Evaluation
The High Court has heard that an engineering company which allegedly donated RM800,000 to Bersatu secured a RM62 million Jana Wibawa contract despite initially failing the Finance Ministry's evaluation process.
