MediAsas Plan Launched to Bridge Healthcare Gap for Middle-Income Malaysians
Malaysia's Health Ministry is rolling out MediAsas, a new medical insurance and takaful scheme targeting the M40 income group. The plan complements existing public healthcare and will launch as a pilot in Klang Valley before nationwide expansion in 2027.
