Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant to Serve 13,000 Kelantan Consumers by September
Kelantan's Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant, a RM54.98 million facility, is expected to commence operations in September, providing high-quality treated water to more than 13,000 residents across five districts while reactivating 10,000 dormant accounts.
