Nepal Court Convicts Two Former Ministers in Refugee Document Forgery Scheme
A Nepali court has jailed two former government ministers for orchestrating a scheme to forge refugee documents, enabling Nepali nationals to be resettled in America as Bhutanese refugees. Both have vowed to appeal.
