Presumption of Innocence Must Be Upheld for Detainees Under Investigation, Says Asyraf
Umno secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki has emphasised that individuals detained for investigations must retain their presumption of innocence and should not be treated as guilty until proven otherwise in court.
