Two Foreign Nationals Arrested for Perfume Thefts at Changi Airport
Singapore police have arrested an Australian man and an American man for allegedly stealing designer perfumes from Changi Airport retail stores. One suspect was caught eight months after the initial theft when transiting through the airport.
