Malaysian man arrested at Woodlands Checkpoint with over 700 cartons of contraband cigarettes
Singapore customs authorities have arrested a 30-year-old Malaysian man at Woodlands Checkpoint following the discovery of more than 700 cartons and 100 packets of duty-unpaid cigarettes hidden inside his vehicle.
