Russian traveller arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg cannabis haul
A 30-year-old Russian man was arrested at Phuket International Airport on Wednesday while attempting to leave Thailand with 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis concealed in two suitcases, authorities reported.
