Tong Herr shareholders move to privatise company at RM2.55 per share
Allrich Corp and Richard Holdings Ltd, controlling nearly 75% of stainless steel fastener maker Tong Herr, have proposed taking the company private at RM2.55 per share, representing a substantial premium to recent trading levels.
