Court Rules Deceased Pedestrian Liable in Fatal Expressway Crash, Spares Widow Legal Costs
An Ipoh High Court judge has determined that a deceased pedestrian bore responsibility for a fatal expressway collision, whilst declining to order the widow to pay legal costs given her financial hardship.
