Semiconductor Leader Dr David Lacey Named UK Honorary Consul for Penang
Dr David Lacey, chairman of the Semiconductor Fabrication Association of Malaysia, has been appointed the new British Honorary Consul in Penang, taking over from Datuk Robert Hawkins after 20 years of service.
