Five arrested in scratch-and-win scam targeting elderly women for RM77,000
Ipoh police have arrested five individuals suspected of operating a scratch-and-win card fraud ring that swindled two elderly women out of RM77,000 in valuables across Ipoh and Taiping in separate schemes.
